| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究HBVDNA在血清HBV标志阴性肝炎肝组织中的表达。方法 :对 4 5例HBV血清标志阴性肝炎患者 ,进行肝组织HBVDNA的原位杂交检测。结果 :原位杂交表明 ,HBVDNA阳性 7例 (阳性率 15 5 6 % ) ,阳性信号主要存在于肝细胞的胞核中 ,少数位于胞浆内 ;结论 :血清HBV标志阴性肝炎肝组织中可检出HBVDNA ,有利于提高对HBV感染的诊断

Expression of HBV DNA in liver tissues of patients with HBV serum marker negative hepatitis |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of hepatitis B virus(HBV) DNA in the liver tissues of patients with HBV serum marker negative hepatitis.Methods:The expression of HBV DNA in the liver tissues were detected by in situ hybridization in 45 HBV marker negative hepatitis patients.Results:It was showed that HBV DNA in 7 cases was postive,(the positive rate was 15.56%),the HBV DNA positive substance was localized mostly in nuclei of the hepatocytes,a few of HBV DNA in cytoplasm.Conclusion:HBV DNA can be found in the liver tissues of patients with HBV serum marker negative hepatitis.This will contribute to the diagnosis of HBV infection. |
