尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死临床分析

目的探讨尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效,提高治疗急性脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法采用固定效应模型及随机效应模型对6个尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床试验进行分析。结果尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的合并有效率是对照组的4.85倍,尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的合并有效率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义。结论静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死有较好的疗效和相对安全性,并能显著改善神经功能缺损症状,减轻残疾,疗效优于对照组。

Clinical Analysis of Thrombolytic Therapy of Intravenous Urokinase in Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of thrombolytic therapy of intravenous use of urokinase in acute cerebral infarction.Methods Analysis of six random clinical trials of intravenous urokinase thrombolytic therapy in acute cerebral infarction was performed by using fixed effec model and random effec model respectively.Results It showed that the total improvement rate of intravenous urokinase group was 4.85 times than that of control group.There was a significant difference between the total improvement rate of intravenous urokinase thrombolytic therapy and control group.The thrombolytic therapy of intravenous urokinase was very effective for acute cerebral infarction.Conclusion Intravenous thrombolytic therapy has better efficacy than the control group,and can significantly improve the neurological deficit,reduce disability.
