丙氨瑞林联合顺铂对子宫内膜癌裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响

目的 探讨丙氨瑞林(alarelin)联合顺铂(cisplatin)对人子宫内膜癌裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响及作用机制.方法 建立裸鼠移植瘤模型,将32只荷瘤裸鼠随机分为4组:对照组、丙氨瑞林组、顺铂组、丙氨瑞林+顺铂组.每日观察各组裸鼠移植瘤的生长情况,绘制肿瘤生长曲线、计算肿瘤体积、抑瘤率,并用免疫组化法检测移植瘤中Caspase-3的表达.结果 各药物干预组抑瘤率分别为丙氨瑞林组22.14%,顺铂组32.12%,联合用药组63.32%,联合用药组的抑瘤率明显高于顺铂组和丙氨瑞林组(P<0.05).②各药物干预组Caspase-3的表达高于对照组,且各干预组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 丙氨瑞林、顺铂均可抑制裸鼠移植瘤的生长,二者联合应用有协同作用,其作用机制可能与上调Caspase-3蛋白表达有关.
