脑卒中致偏侧舞蹈样运动（附7例临床及CT分析）

本文报道了７例由脑血管疾病（脑出血４例，脑梗塞３例）引起民的偏侧舞蹈样运动，临床表现为偏侧肢体出现不规则，不自主舞蹈样动作，部分伴有手足徐动动作，病因在老年脑血管疾病变累及尾状核，丘脑底核，应积极治疗原发病，对症治疗可用镇静之安定剂，如氟哌啶醇等，可显著改善不自主运动。

HEMOCHOREA INDUCED BY CEREBRAL VASCULAR DISEASE

7 cases of hemochorea induced cerebral vascular was reported and the clinical CT feature were analysedin the paper.The irregular,involuntary movement and athetoid movement in the hemilateral extrendty were major clinical feature and high density lesion(4 cases of cerebral hemorrhage )and low density lesion(3 cases of cerebral infarction)wereshowed in the CT imaging. The treatment of improving the cerebral circulation and brain metabolism was principalmethod in cerepral vascular patients,the sedatives drug were adndnistered which had a remarkable results.
