中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化及早期肝硬化的临床分析

目的分析研究中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化及早期肝硬化的疗效。方法临床上诊断明确的慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化及早期肝硬化患者100倒，将患者分为对照组50例，治疗组50例。对照组采用仅一干扰素治疗；治疗组在采用西医治疗的基础上，根据中医辨证论治，选用有特别疗效的中药方剂。经过治疗一个疗程后，观察两种疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90．0％高于对照组的54．0％，组间疗效差异具有明显统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后症状和体征，各项肝功能、纤维化指标变化和腹部超声下影像改善情况治疗组均优于对照组，差异均具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合是治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化及早期肝硬化的有效办法，经济实用，副作用少，值得在临床上推广。

Therapeutic effect of patients with chronic hepatic fibrosis of type B hepatitis and early cirrhosis by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine

Objective Analysis of the therapeutic effect of corabined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for patients with chronic hepatic fibrosis of type B hepatitis and early cirrhosis. Methods One hundred patients diagnosed with chronic hepatic fibrosis of type B hepatitis and early cirrhosis were divided into combined therapy group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with interferon - alpha In addition to the treatment with Western medicine, in addition to the treatment with Western medicine, the patients in combined therapy group also accepted traditional Chinese medicine. The Chinese medicinal formulae was selected based on symptoms and signs of the patients. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were evaluated two months after the treatment. Results The total efficiency in combined therapy group （90.0%） was higher than that in control group （ 54.0% ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Symptoms, signs, liver function and abdominal ultrasound imaging were all significantly improved in combined therapy group compared with those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is an effective and economical therapy with fewer side effects for the treatment of pa- tients with chronic hepatic fihrosis of type B hepatitis and early cirrhosis.
