“杜仲晶”饮料的营养卫生学评价和安全性毒理学评价

摘    要:本文对用杜仲叶中有效成分制成的饮料——杜仲晶的主要营养成分、卫生指标进行了分析测定,并作了安全毒理学评价。研究结果表明,杜仲晶具有一定的营养价值,对人体无毒无害。急性毒性和蓄积毒性极小。小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、精子畸形试验和Ames试验结果均为阴性。说明该品无明显的诱变作用,食用安全。

Abstract:The major nutritional constituents and hygienical indicators of cortex eucommiae essence refinded with fresh eucommia leaves were determined, in the meanwhile, its toxicity and mutagenicity were studied. Cortex Eucommiae essence contained essential amino acids, carbohydrates, vit C, and some of trace elements. LD50 given orally in mice was more than 20 000 mg/kg bw. It had very low accumulative toxicity and did not show significant effect on the frequencies of micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes (MNPCE) of the bone marrow in mice. For sperm distortion test, the rate of sperm malforma- tion in the experimental groups had no significant difference as compared to the controls. The results of Ames test indicated that Cortex Eucommiae eessence had no mutagenicity on TA97, TA 98, TA100, TA102 test strains at 100 mg of maximum concentration per plate by standard plate incorporation procedure with or without S-9 mixture.
