加巴喷丁治疗神经病理性疼痛的研究进展

加巴喷丁系新型抗癫痫药,近年来成为治疗神经病理性疼痛(NPP)的一线用药,如治疗带状疱疹后神经痛、糖尿病痛性神经病变、癌性NPP等。虽然加巴喷丁治疗NPP的确切机制仍不明确,但是更多的证据倾向于对N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体和钙通道拮抗两种机制。加巴喷丁治疗NPP是安全的,患者有较好的耐受性,最常见的不良反应是眩晕、嗜睡。现就近年来国内外应用加巴喷丁治疗NPP的研究进展予以综述。
