超声弹性成像在乳腺肿块鉴别诊断中的现状

常规超声检查是乳腺疾病最常用的检查手段,是根据乳腺肿块的形态、边界、内部回声及血流情况对乳腺肿块的良恶性进行鉴别,但常规超声无法提供组织弹性方面的信息,而组织的弹性信息对于疾病诊断具有重要的参考价值。超声弹性成像能反映组织硬度方面的信息(即组织弹性方面的信息),为鉴别乳腺肿块良恶性提供了新的途径。现就超声弹性成像的原理、优越性、鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断标准及应用进行综述。
