| 摘 要： | 鼻咽癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,放疗是冶疗首选。放疗会引起周围组织不同程度的损伤,而出现治疗较困难的各种放疗并发症。鼻疾病是鼻咽癌放疗常见的并发症,主要有鼻窦炎、鼻炎、鼻粘连、后鼻孔闭锁、萎缩性鼻炎、鼻出血。为了提高鼻咽癌放疗后鼻疾病的诊治水平,现就鼻咽癌放疗后并发各种鼻疾病的致病因素、诊断、治疗进行综述。
