间苯三酚是一种非阿托品、非罂粟碱类的纯平滑肌解痉药,能直接作用于痉挛的平滑肌,对正常平滑肌影响较小。妇产科领域很多方面需要解痉,特别是产时宫颈水肿、促进产程进展,取环和宫腔镜检查的宫颈松弛,先兆流产和早产时子宫肌的解痉,均需要应用有效药物达到治疗目的。间苯三酚可有效达到这方面的疗效。现就间苯三酚在妇产科的应用予以综述。
