| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法将61例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规内科治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀口服,疗程3个月。观察用药前后患者左心室舒张末容积(EDV)、收缩末容积(ESV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及心功能分级变化。结果治疗前两组各指标间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组EDV、ESV、心功能分级、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能。
