| 摘 要： | 胃癌术前准确的分期对选择治疗策略及评估预后有重要的意义,随着多排螺旋CT(MSCT)的出现,特别是64排螺旋CT的出现,三期动态增强扫描对判断胃癌浸润深度及淋巴结转移的准确率得到明显的提高。根据胃壁厚度、强化及胃周脂肪间隙情况判断肿瘤浸润深度,结合各种后处理技术有助于判断周围器官是否被浸润;根据淋巴结的形态、大小、强化程度判断淋巴结有无转移,但在选择判断淋巴结转移标准上有待进一步研究。
