热休克蛋白与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的相关性研究进展

摘    要:热休克蛋白(HSPs)是一组具有重要生理功能,进化上高度保守的蛋白质分子家族。HSPs在心血管系统中发挥重要作用,与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发生发展相关,HSPs的功能调节可影响心肌缺血性疾病的治疗,改变动脉粥样硬化的进程。现从不同HSPs表达水平的变化在冠心病发生发展过程中的作用,探讨HSPs与冠心病病程的关系及干预措施对预后的影响。
