| 摘 要： | 子宫切除途径的选择多样,目前采用的术式包括经腹全子宫切除术、经腹次全子宫切除术、经腹筋膜内子宫切除术、经阴道全子宫切除术、改良式经阴道全子宫切除术、改良盆底加固经阴道全子宫切除术、经腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术、经腹腔镜下筋膜内子宫切除术和经腹腔镜下全子宫切除术。但每种术式都存在其优缺点。现对近来的文献作一综述,从而为选择最恰当的术式提供参考。
