云南姚安县心血管疾病流行病学及传统相关危险因素

目的:探讨云南省姚安县人群心血管病流行病学及危险因素水平,为心血管疾病的综合防治提供科学依据.方法:采用多阶段抽样方法,抽取姚安县辖区4个乡镇、8个村委会和4个社区卫生服务中心,18岁及以上常住居民1 450人进行心血管疾病危险因素随机抽样调查.结果:人群吸烟率26.3％,其中男性居民吸烟率为52.2％;超重者占9.1％;空腹血糖受损者占8.7％,糖尿病患病率16.9％;高血压患病率为44.5％,人群高血压知晓率为43.0％.结论:姚安县高血压及传统心血管危险因素水平相当突出,采取社区综合防治措施,进行有效控制已刻不容缓.

Epidemiology and the traditional risk factors of cardiovascular disease in Yao'an county in Yunnan

Objective:To explore the epidemiology of cardiovascular disease and related risk factors in Yao'an county in Yunnan,and to provide scientific basis for comprehensive prevention and treatment.Methods:Using multistage sampling method,extraction o f jurisdiction 4 towns,8 village committees and 4 community health service centers,permanent residents 1 450 people with aged over 18 years,conducted a random sampling survey of risk factors of cardiovascular disease.Results:The smoking rate was 26.3％,the smoking rate of male residents was 52.2％;overweight accounted for 9.1％;impaired fasting glucose accounted for 8.7％,diabetes prevalence rate of 16.9％ people;hypertension prevalence rate was 44.5％,the awareness rate of hypertension was 43.0％.Conclusion:The level of hypertension and traditional risk factors in Yao'an county is very prominent.It is urgent to take comprehensive prevention and control measures.
