| 摘 要： | 骨钙素是由成骨细胞合成和特异性分泌的依赖维生素K的非胶原蛋白,其与糖代谢以及肥胖、肝脏脂肪沉积、代谢综合征等2型糖尿病及其大血管并发症的危险因素密切相关.骨钙素通过与G蛋白耦联受体C家族6组成员A(GPRC6A)结合,发挥其对代谢的保护作用.作为一种活性分子,GPRC6A可能成为糖尿病及其大血管并发症治疗的新靶点.

| Abstract: | Osteocalcin,a vitamin K-dependent bone matrix noncollagen protein synthesized and secreted by osteoblasts,is not only involved in the glucose metabolism,but also closely associated with risk factors (obesity,liver fat deposition,metabolic syndrome) of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its macrovascular complications.Binding with G protein coupled receptor family C group 6A,osteocalcin exerts protective effect on metabolism.As a bioactive molecule,osteocalcin may be a novel target for the treatment of diabetes and its macrovascular complications. |
