随州市职业人群布鲁氏菌病防治知识及防护行为现状调查

目的 了解湖北省随州市职业人群布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)防治知识及防护行为现状,为实施针对性的干预措施提供科学依据.方法 采用分阶段整群抽样方法,对随州市职业人群进行布病防治知识和行为的问卷调查,共调查178人.结果 调查对象对布病防治知识的总体知晓率为31.46%,不同人群、不同文化程度间布病防治知识知晓率差异有统计学意义.工作时戴口罩、戴手套、洗手后进食和常用消毒液洗手的比例分别为26.97%、54.09%、79.21%、34.83%.结论 随州市职业人群布病防治知识知晓率低,采取恰当防护行为率较低,应根据职业人群需求,开展针对性健康教育.

Survey on Prevention Knowledge and Behavior of Brucellosis among Occupational Groups in Suizhou

Objectives To investigate the knowledge and prevention behavior of brucellosis among occupational groups in Suizhou,so as to provide scientific evidence for developing health education strategies and measures.Methods Multistage stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to choose 178 persons to carry out the surveyed.Results 31.46% of occupational groups were conscious with the prevention knowledge of brucellosis,and the awareness rates were difference between different occupational categories,as well as different education levels.The rates of using mask,wearing gloves during work,having the habits of washing hands before eating food,and washing with disinfectant were 26.97%,54.09%,79.21% and 34.83% respectively.Conclusions The awareness rate of prevention knowledge of brucellosis and the usage rate of personal protective behaviors appropriately were low,thus we should carry out a targeted health education based on the demand of occupational groups.
