西安市2787名老年人心理健康状况调查与分析

目的 研究西安市老年人心理健康状况,为城市老年人心理健康状况的改善提供理论依据.方法 采用分层随机抽样方法,对西安市2787名老年人进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷调查;采用t检验、方差分析、Logis-tic回归分析等方法进行统计分析.结果 西安市老年人心理问题阳性检出率为56.44%;心理健康水平低于全国常模,在性别、年龄、婚姻状况、经济状况、家庭结构等因子上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);绝对空巢老人组心理健康水平低于非空巢老人和相对空巢老人组.Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、经济状况、家庭结构对老年人心理健康水平有预测作用.结论 西安市老年人心理建康水平较差,尤其要重点关注女性、绝对空巢老人的心理健康问题.

Epidemiological Investigation and Analysis on Mental Health Status of 2 787 Elderly People in Xi'an City

Objectives This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for improving the mental health of urban eld-erly people through studying the mental health status of elderly people in Xi'an city.Methods In this paper,a strati-fied random sampling method was used to investigate the 2 787 elderly people by SCL-90(Self Check List-90)in Xi'an City.T-test,analysis of variance,Logistic regression analysis and other methods were used for analysis.Results The positive rate of mental problems of the elderly people in Xi'an was 56.44%,which was higher than that of the nation-al norm.Different genders,ages,marital status,economic status and family structure had a significant influence on the mental health of the elderly people in Xi'an(P<0.05).The mental health level of absolute empty nester group was lower than the non-empty nester group and relatively empty nester group.According to the Logistic regression analysis,gender,economic status and family structure of elderly people could predict the mental health level.Conclu-sions The elderly in Xi'an had a poor mental health level.The mental health of elderly women and the absolute emp-ty-nesters should be given particular attention.
