| 摘 要： | 原发性痛经是常见的妇科疾病之一,是月经期间出现的下腹部疼痛等不适.青春期女性是原发性痛经发生的主要群体,这种疼痛对她们的日常生活及学习造成严重影响.因此,明确原发性痛经的原因,为原发性痛经女生提供具有针对性的干预显得尤为重要.文章对原发性痛经发生的相关因素及干预的相关内容进行综述,并提出了针对性的干预和防治措施.

| Abstract: | Primary dysmenorrheal refers to the pain in lower abodomen during the period and is one of the common gynaecological disease.Adolescent girls are the main groups suffered from primary dysmenorrheal,which can affect their study and daily life seriously with the pain.Therefore,it is of great importance to clarify the cause of primary dysmenorrhea and provide specific intervention for adolescent gilrs.This article reviews the influencing factors and intervention measures for primary dysmenorrhea. |
