三级综合医院中医适宜技术推广应用存在的问题与对策研究

甘肃省中医药资源丰富,为了解决老百姓"看病难、看病贵"的难题,政府大力推动中医适宜技术进入各级医疗机构,并已取得显著成效,但全省三级综合医院开展中医适宜技术还存在一些困难.通过对甘肃省三级综合医院近三年中医适宜技术应用状况调查研究,结合甘肃省中医药学术年会论文汇编中有关中医适宜技术方面论文资料,探索三级综合医院推广中医适宜技术模式,对中医适宜技术应用过程中所存在的问题提出了应对策略及针对性建议.

Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of Traditional Chinese Medicine Feasi-ble Techniques Application in Level-3 General Hospitals

Gansu province is rich in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)resources.In order to solve the problem of inadequate and overly expensive medical care services,the government has vigorously promoted TCM feasible techniques into various types of medical institutions at all levels,and has achieved remarkable results.However,there is still some gap among hospitals carrying out this policy.Based on the survey research of TCM feasible techniques application in level-3 general hospitals of Gansu province in recent 3 years and articles collected in annual conference of TCM in Gansu province,we explored the models,problems and countermeasures of promoting TCM feasible tech-niques application in Level-3 general hospitals,hoping that health care service ability and quality of Level-3 general hospitals can be improved,medical expenses of the patients and medical disputes can be reduced,and average people's wishes of less cost,better treatment can be realized.
