| 摘 要： | 脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds,CMBs)是脑小血管病在磁共振成像中的重要标志物,与未来卒中风险具有潜在的临床相关性,因此检测CMBs对各种脑血管病表型都具有重要的临床意义.文章对CMBs的检测方法进行了简要总结,重点探讨CMBs在普通人群以及缺血性卒中、脑出血、血管性认知损害、脑淀粉样血管病和脑白质疏松患者中的临床意义.

| Abstract: | Cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) are a key biomarker of cerebral small vessel disease on magnetic resonance imaging,They have potential clinical relevance to future stroke risk.Therefore,the detection of CMBs has important clinical significance for various cerebrovascular disease phenotypes.This article briefly summarizes the detection method of CMBs,mainly investigating the clinical significance of CMBs in general population and in patients with ischemic stroke,cerebral hemorrhage,vascular cognitive impairment,cerebral amyloid angiopathy,and leukoaraiosis. |
