| 摘 要： | 目的:分析冷球蛋白血症性肾炎的临床病理特点,以提高其诊治率.方法:回顾性分析2014年8月至2015年7月中南大学湘雅二医院确诊的冷球蛋白血症性肾炎的3例患者的临床资料.结果:3例冷球蛋白血症性肾炎患者中2例为中年女性,1例为青年男性,所有患者均伴有系统性损伤的表现,3例患者的冷球蛋白的血清冷凝集试验为阳性.2例合并HBV感染,1例合并HCV感染.结论:冷球蛋白血症性肾炎有其独特的肾脏病理特征,肾活检可提高冷球蛋白血症性肾炎的诊断率,提高临床医生对此病的认识,及早进行标准化的治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the clinical and pathological features of cryoglobulinemic glomerulonephritis. Methods: We reviewed the clinical date of 3 patients with cryoglobulinemia admitted to the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from August 2014 to July 2015.Results: There were two middle-aged women and one young men, and all patients were accompanied by systemic damage, and serum cryoglobulin were positive. Two cases were associated with HBV infection and one with HCV.Conclusion: Cryoglobulin glomerulonephritis has unique pathological features, which could be contributed to the early diagnosis of disease and early treatments. |
