医患关系现状及医患关系紧张原因分析——以大连市为例

目的 了解当前医患关系现状并分析医患关系紧张的原因,为构建和谐医患关系提供依据.方法 在大连市随机选取8家医院,对其中890名医生及1120名患者进行问卷调查,采用卡方检验、Logistic回归分析进行数据分析.结果 被调查医生和患者中分别有85.11%和39.26%的人认为目前医患关系有点紧张或很紧张,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).同时医生和患者认为医患关系紧张的原因不同(P<0.05),医生认为的医患关系紧张的3个最主要原因是媒体舆论的负面报道、患者期望太高和现行医疗体制不合理;而患方则认为挂号难排队久流程繁琐、看病太贵和部分医生水平不高是引起医患关系紧张的最主要因素.结论 目前医患关系总体是紧张的,医生和患者对医患关系的评价和对造成医患关系紧张原因的认识存在差异.

Status of Doctor-patient Relationship and Analysis of the Tension Reasons between Doc-tors and Patients

Objectives To understand the current situation of doctor-patient relationship and analyze the reasons of the tension between doctors and patients,and to provide basis for building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Methods 890 doctors and 1120 patients form 8 hospitals were investigated in Dalian city.Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were used for data analysis.Results In the survey,85.11% doctors and 39.26%patients thought the doctor-patient relationship was a little tense or nervous,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The reasons for the tension between doctors and patients were different(P<0.05).Negative media coverage,high patient expectations and non-reasonable medical system were chosen by the doctors as the first three factors for doctor-patient relationship nervous reasons.Queuing for a long time,tedious process,too expensive, low technology level of some doctors were chosen by the patients.Conclusions The relationship between doctors andpatients is generally tense.The assessments and the factor cognition of the doctor-patient relationship between doc-tors and patients are different.
