药物超敏综合征后继发自身免疫病

药物超敏综合征又称伴嗜酸性粒细胞增多和系统症状的药疹,是通常使用某些药物后引起的一种严重的系统性药物反应.已有文献报道,药物超敏综合征缓解后,部分患者出现自身免疫性疾病,如Ⅰ型糖尿病、Graves病、桥本甲状腺炎、红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、白癜风、移植物抗宿主病等.但引起发病后的自身免疫病的发病机制尚未确定.目前,对于药物超敏综合征缓解后发生自身免疫病的发病机制与理论主要包括调节性T细胞的抑制功能缺陷、病毒感染、自身抗体的产生等.主要概述与药物超敏综合征相关的自身免疫性疾病以及发生自身免疫病的机制.

Autoimmune diseases secondary to drug hypersensitivity syndrome

Drug hypersensitivity syndrome,also called drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS syndrome),is a severe systemic adverse drug reaction usually caused by exposure to specific drugs.Several reports have shown that after remission of DRESS syndrome,some patients developed autoimmune diseases,such as type-1 diabetes mellitus,Grave's disease,Hashimoto's thyroiditis,lupus erythematosus,sj(o)gren syndrome,vililigo,graft-versus host disease (GVHD) and other diseases.However,the exact pathogenesis of these autoimmune diseases remains unclear,and mainly involves regulatory T cell dysfunction,virus infection and autoantibody production.This review mainly summarizes DRESS syndrome-related autoimmune diseases and their pathogenesis.
