提高医院住院处服务管理效能的对策研究

摘    要:医院住院处是为患者办理入院和出院手续、记账和结算等职能的重要管理部门,也是医院精神文明的重要窗口和文化阵地.通过应用系统抽样方法,获得具有代表性的黑龙江省中小型医院样本,采用深入访谈法调查了解中小型医院住院处管理在规划设置、信息录入、押金管理、医保管理、申诉重算等方面存在的问题;利用专家会议与专题讨论法,探讨提高医院住院服务管理效能的方法,并提出加强住院处整体服务质量的管理措施.

Abstract:Hospital admission department is significant management department for patient admission,accounting,settlement,etc.It is also crucial for hospital ethical and cultural progress.Typical medium/small hospitals in Heilongjiang province were selected as objects by systematic sampling method.Main issues on aspects of constructions of information desks,patient information record,deposit management,medical insurance management,and charge appeal,etc,through investigation.The approaches of improving admission department management efficacy and service quality were discussed and demonstrated through expert seminars and subject discussion.
