湖北省健康服务业的SWOT分析

对湖北省健康服务业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析,并提出相应的发展建议.研究认为,湖北省拥有雄厚的医疗服务实力,良好的医学基础教育,特色明显的健康管理服务模式,基层医疗服务及智慧医疗发展迅速.与此同时,也存在政府对卫生投入仍略显不足,卫生服务体系建设仍需进一步完善,健康服务业辐射能力有限,临床重点专科及中心建设难度较大等问题.针对以上问题与不足,应加大政府对健康服务业发展的扶持力度,大力发展智慧医疗,发挥人才的关键作用.

SWOT Analysis of Health Service Industry in Hubei Province

To comprehensively analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges about the develop-ment of health service industry in Hubei province,and put forward some corresponding suggestions.The results indi-cated that there had abundant strength of medical service,good basic medical education,and special health manage-ment model in Hubei.Primary care services and smarter healthcare had developed rapidly.Meanwhile,there still ex-isted some problems,such as slightly insufficient in health investment from government,requirement of further per-fection in health service system construction,limitation of radiation ability of health services,great difficulty of con-struction in the clinical key medical institutes or centers.To solve these problems and deficiencies all mentioned a-bove,we should intensify government support to the development of health services,vigorously develop the smarter healthcare,and put talents strategy as the key role.
