南京市部分高校大学生五类健康素养调查

目的 了解南京市具有代表性的4所高校大学生5类健康问题素养水平,并提出针对性建议.方法 采用随机整群抽样的方法对694名大学生进行健康素养问卷调查.结果 被调查大学生的5类健康问题素养水平由高到低依次是:科学健康观(49.14%)、安全与急救(41.64%)、基本医疗(26.08%)、传染病防治(9.65%)、慢性病防治(8.07%).被调查大学生的传染病防治、慢性病防治素养水平较低.不同院校、性别、生源地、每月生活费方面,被调查大学生具备的部分健康问题素养存在差异.结论 学校应针对学生特征及其知识需求,开展针对性健康教育,注重非医学生健康素养的提高,加强女生安全与急救知识的掌握,把农村生源地大学生的健康素养工作作为重点,重视利用家庭健康教育,指导学生形成正确的消费观.

Investigation of Health Literacy on Five Parts in Health Related Problems among College Students in Nanjing

Objectvies To understand the level of health literacy on fvie parts in health related problems among college students in Nanjing and provide targeted recommendations for improving health literacy.Methods Based on the questionnaire survey of Chinese citizens health literacy in 2008,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 694 college students.Results The ratios of fvie parts in health related questions about health literacy from high to low were 49.14% on scientific health view,41.64% on security and first aid,26.08% on basic medical,9.65% on prevention of communicable disease,and 8.07% on prevention of non-communicable disease.The health literacy on prevention of communicable disease and prevention of non-communicable was low.Differences in the health literacy existed among college students of different college,gender,origin and monthly cost.The differences were statistic significantly.Conclusions According to students' characteristics and knowledge requirements,the school should carry out targeted health education,pay attention to the health literacy of non-medical students,strengthen security and first aid knowledge of female college students focus on the rural college students' health literacy work,and pay attention to family health education to guide students to form the correct view of consumption.
