某三级甲等医院涉外医疗服务中心外籍门诊患者不同季节疾病谱分析

目的 了解外籍门诊患者人口统计学特征、疾病构成和季节性特点,为制定具有针对性的护理措施提供科学依据.方法 回顾性选取2009年10月-2015年6月期间4 394例次外籍门诊患者资料,疾病诊断按照国际疾病分类方法(ICD-10)进行构成比分析.结果 一年四季中夏季为门诊量最多的季节(1 271例次,28.93%),所患疾病按疾病系统分类最多的是呼吸系统疾病(781例次,17.78%),按疾病病种分类最多的是上呼吸道感染(246例次,5.60%).呼吸系统疾病为春季、秋季和冬季发病率最高的疾病,消化系统疾病为夏季发病率最高的疾病.结论 外籍门诊患者年龄跨度大,地域来源广泛,病种丰富,所患疾病以慢性病为主导,季节性变化明显.应根据不同季节疾病谱的变化规律有针对性地加强常见疾病防治知识的普及,为外籍患者提供更加优质、高效、有针对性的医疗服务.

Analysis of Different Disease Spectrum for Patients from the Foreign Outpatient in Foreign Medical Service Centers of a Third-level Hospital

Objectvies To investigate the demographic characteristics,disease composition,and seasonal features of outpatients from foreign clinic,so as to provide a scientific basis for making pertinent nursing intervention.Methods Materials about 4394 foreign patients from October 2009 to June 2015 were collected and analyzed for their medical information with International Classification of Disease Method(ICD-10).Results There were 1 271 foreign outpatients(28.93%)in summer which was more than the other three seasons.Respiratory disease(781 patients,17.78%)and upper respiratory tract infection(246 patients,5.60%)were the top diseases classifying by system and category.Respiratory disease was the most common in spring,autumn and winter,and digestvie system disease was the most common in summer.Conclusions Outpatients from foreign countries have a large age span,big regional difference and broad spectra of disease.The incidence of chronic disease was the highest and the composition of disease varied in different seasons.In order to providing more quality,efficient and targeted medical services,and professional information should be supplied to foreign patients.
