肿瘤患者参与静脉化疗安全管理的实施效果

目的:探讨患者参与静脉化疗安全管理的实施效果.方法:将2320例住院静脉化疗的肿瘤患者按照住院化疗的时间段分为对照组(1029例)和观察组(1291例),对照组按照化疗管理规范实施静脉化疗安全管理,观察组在护士的引导和支持下,由患者或家属与护士共同参与静脉化疗安全管理,包括决策性参与、照护性参与及诉求性参与等内容.结果:实施患者参与静脉化疗安全管理后,化疗相关护理不良事件发生率为0.62%,低于实施前的3.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:患者参与静脉化疗安全管理有助于降低化疗相关护理不良事件的发生.

Implementation result of cancer patients' participation in the safety management of intravenous chemotherapy

Objective: To discuss the effect of cancer patients' participation in the safety management of intravenous chemotherapy.Methods: A total of 2320 cancer patients who received intravenous chemotherapy were divided into two groups according to their hospitalization time. The control group (1029 cases) received intravenous chemotherapy under regular chemotherapy management standard; while in the experimental group (1291 cases), the patients or their families participated in the safety management of intravenous chemotherapy, including making decision, caring or appealing participation under nurse's guidance and supporting.Results: Afler patients' participation in safety management of intravenous chemotherapy, the percentage of nursing adverse events related to chemotherapy is 0.6%, which was lower than the regular data (3.5%), the diflerence was statistically signiflcant (P<0.01).Conclusion: Cancer patients' participation in safety management of intravenous chemotherapy is conductive to reduce the occurrence probability of chemotherapy related nursing adverse events.
