摘    要:临床教师教学能力的高低决定了医学教育人才培养质量的优劣.根据临床教师的结构特点、教学能力现状、教学培训现状,系统分析了影响临床教师教学能力的主要因素,包括教师个人知识结构缺陷、医院重人力使用轻人才培养、教学能力培养体系不完善和收入分配及考核评价制度欠合理等4个方面;从转变教育理念、制定培训计划、完善培训体系、实施资格准入、健全激励机制等方面提出了促进临床教师教学能力发展的一系列措施.

Abstract:The teaching ability of clinical teachers determines the quality of medical education personnel training.This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the teaching ability of clinical teachers according to the structural characteristics,the present situation of teaching ability and the training status of the teachers.It is four aspects,such as the structural defects of the teacher's knowledge,hospitals did not attach importance to teaching ability training,training system is not complete,distribution of income and the evaluation system is unreasonable.This paper puts forward a series of measures to promote the development of clinical teachers' teaching ability from the aspects of changing educational concept,making training plan,improving the training system,implementing the qualification access,and improving the incentive mechanism.
