| 摘 要： | 目的:对比纳络酮、杏丁注射液联合应用治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将59例急性脑梗死病人随机分成杏丁注射液组(27例),及纳络酮、杏丁注射液联合应用组(32例),纳络酮的用法为纳络酮2mg/d静脉注射,1次/d。杏丁注射液组的用法为20ml加入5%葡萄糖或生理盐水250ml中,静脉点滴,每日1次,各组均治疗14d。治疗前后分别进行神经缺损评分。结果:两药合用组显效率71%,有效率91%,显著高于杏丁注射液组(P<0.01)。结论:急性脑梗死的治疗中加用纳络酮是安全有效的一种方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the efficacy of naloxine combined with Xingding injection on acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 59 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into group received xinding injection(n=27) and group received naloxine and Xingding injection(n=32).The usage of naloxine was intravenoul 2mg daily,once a day.Xinding injectable solution should be dissolved in 250ml isotonic solution of saline or dextrose,for a period up to 14 days.The nervous defect was scored before and after treatment.Results:The excellent rate and effective rate was respectively 71% and 91% in group with naloxine and Xingding injectio,higher that that in group with xingding(P<0.01).Conclusion: Additional naloxine is effective in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. |
