苦参碱和甘草酸二铵治疗慢性肝炎的药物经济学评价

目的：比较两种不同方案治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的成本效果分析。方法：选择住院患者235例,随机分为A、B两组,A组120例,用苦参碱注射液静脉滴注;B组115例用甘草酸二铵注射液静脉滴注,以丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、血清总胆红素（SB）、谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT）、清蛋白（ALB）作为肝功能复常项目,以疗效和费用作为药物经济学评价指标。结果：两种药物均能有效治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎。A组和B组的ALT、SB、GGT、ALB复常率差异无统计学意义,A组的治疗费用是B组的6倍。结论：在ALT、SB、GGT、ALB复常率及治疗费等指标上,甘草酸二铵低廉、有效。

Benefit evaluation of matrine injection and diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection in treatment of chronic hepatitis

Objective：To compare the efficacy and cost of matrine injection and diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection in treatment of chronic hepatitis.Methods：Two hundreds and thirty-five patients were divided into two groups.Group A（120 cases） were treated with matrine injection,group B（115 cases） with diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection.Effecacy indexes（ALT,SB,GGT,ALB） and the cost were taken as the evaluating phamacoeconomic indexes.Results：Matrine injection and diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection were both effective in treating chronic hepatitis.There were no statistical significances between group A and group B on the recovery rates of ALT,SB,GGT and ALB.The cost of group A was six times of group B.Conclusion：Considering indexes such as ALT,SB,GGT,ALB and the cost etc,diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection is effective and be of low expenses.
