中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死50例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：110例确诊病例随机分为治疗组50例，给予自拟参蛭黄汤加奥扎格雷纳注射液配合治疗；对照组60例采用奥扎格雷纳注射液治疗。结果：治疗28天，治疗组基本痊愈6例，显著进步18例，进步17例，无变化4例，恶化1例，总有效率86％；对照组基本痊愈3例，显著进步14例，进步26例，无变化14例，恶化2例，死亡1例，总有效率71．7％。两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：治疗组总有效率和对高敏C-反应蛋白（hs—CRP）、载体脂蛋白（Apo—CⅢ）的抑制作用明显高于对照组。

Clinical Observation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy on A-cute Cerebral Infarction, A Report of 50 Cases

Objective： To observe the curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on acute cerebral infarction. Method： 110 diagnosed cases were divided into two groups randomly. 50 cases in treatment group were treated by Shen -zhi -huang Decoction combined with sodium ozagrel. 60 cases in control group were treated only by sodium ozagrel. Result： After 28 days, in treatment group 6 cases were recovered, 18 cases were excellent, 17 cases were effective, 4 cases were unchanged, and 1 case was deteriorated. The total effective rate was 82%. In control group 3 cases were recovered, 14 cases were excellent, 26 cases were effective, 14 cases were unchanged, 2 cases were deteriorated, and 1 case was dead. The total effective rate was 72%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The total effective rate is higher in treatment group than that in control group. And hs - CRP and Apo - CⅢ are inhibited more markedly in treatment group than those in control group.
