| 摘 要： | 目的了解新型农村合作医疗住院患者患病情况,为进一步满足参合农民最基本的医疗保健需求提供决策依据。方法对太伏镇合作医疗管理站2007—2008年的住院数据按国际疾病标准（ICD-10）进行分类,并对疾病情况进行统计分析。结果 （1）2007年、2008年疾病谱总体分布情况按单病种比较存在差异,按系统归类疾病差异不明显;（2）2007年、2008年不同级别医院参合农民住院疾病谱前15位疾病存在差异,其中2007年的差异较2008年更明显,乡镇卫生院参合农民住院患病情况的集中程度高于县级及以上医院。结论 （1）太伏镇现有的新型农村合作医疗制度不能很好地满足参合农民的卫生服务需求;（2）在掌握各年份参合农民疾病谱资料的情况下,可以开展按病种付费制度的探索研究。 |
