上海市社区健康驿道评估与标准化建设方案探讨

目的通过对上海市七宝镇健康驿道的评估,探讨健康驿道建设的标准化方案。方法采用观察法对七宝镇的4条健康驿道和3条准健康驿道进行实地观察,并通过拦截式调查,对177名居民进行问卷调查。结果健康驿道整体情况优于准健康驿道。使用者以中、老年人为主,分别占58.8%和33.0%,男性比女性稍少;使用时间方面,工作日稍少于休息日,早上时段最多,占41.6%。使用人次与照明、可用性和清洁情况以及活动组织情况均呈正相关。根据观察法和问卷调查的结果,提出社区健康驿道标准化建设方案的初步设想。结论健康驿道作为群众性的社区健身设施具有一定的推广价值,结合社区实际情况,以标准化方案作为参考,有利于建设高质量的社区健康驿道。

Evaluation and Quality Assurance Toolkit Development for Health Paths Based in Communities in Shanghai City

OBJECTIVE To develop quality assurance toolkit by evaluating the health paths in Qibao community of Shanghai.METHODS Direct observation method was employed to evaluate the 4 health paths and 3 non-health paths.Intercept interviews were conducted among 177 community residents.RESULTS The infrastructure conditions of health paths group were better than those of non-health paths group.The path users were mostly at middle age and old age,accounting for 58.8% and 33% of the users.Person-times of male walkers were a little fewer than those of female.The health paths were mostly used in the morning（41.6%）.Significant correlations were found between the person-times of walkers and the scores of lighting,availability,hygiene and activities organizations（r=0.076）.Quality assurance toolkit was developed based on direct observation and questionnaire interviewing.CONCLUSIONS Health paths are promising to promote physical activities among community residents.Qualified health paths will be guaranteed with reference to the quality assurance toolkit and local community situation.
