民乐县新型农村合作医疗基层医院住院费用控制效果研究

目的研究民乐县新型农村合作医疗住院费用控制效果,规范医疗服务,保证基金运行安全。方法对民乐县县内医疗机构2008年、2009年住院资料进行统计分析。结果民乐县2009年实行住院费用总额预付和次均住院费用限额管理后,住院率、次均住院费用控制有效,实际补偿比相对降低。结论适宜的费用控制方式能引导医疗机构改革内部管理机制,控制住院率和遏制医疗费用不合理增长,但在实际运行中需要动态监控,及时发现问题,采取相应措施进行有效控制,并需要不断完善和探索。

OBJECTIVE To study the new rural cooperative medical minle county hospital expenses control effect,standardizing medical service,guarantee the security of the funds.METHODS Minle county,the county medical institutions in 2008、2009.RESULTS Minle county hospital expenses implement total 2009 in advance and all hospital expenses limitation management,hospitalization rates,are effective and practical hospitalization cost control is relatively lower compensation.CONCLUSIONS Proper expense control mode can guide medical institution reform in the internal management mechanism,control and curb medical expenses,but not reasonable growth in the actual operation of the dynamic monitoring,timely to find problems and take measures to control,and constantly improve and exploration.
