| 摘 要： | 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPKs)信号转导通路是细胞外信号引起细胞核内反应的重要通路,而细胞外信号调节激酶(extracellular signal-regulated kinase, ERK)通路是MAPKs家族中的重要成员,其异常活化与类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)关节破坏的病理过程密切相关.
