| 摘 要： | 文章从利贫原则在普及基本医疗卫生制度中的必要性、利贫措施和初步效果三个方面,对潍坊市普及基本医疗卫生制度的利贫原则应用情况进行了介绍。通过合理规划,加大现有医疗卫生资源建设和整合力度,政府购买基本公共卫生服务,实行大病就医制度,加大贫困人口医疗救助力度,开展惠民医疗服务,推行社区基本药物制度和实行门诊限价服务等措施和政策,使贫困居民就医经济负担减轻,服务利用水平提高,对基本医疗服务的满意率提高。 |
