| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经网络模型在糖尿病筛查中的应用。方法采用上海市闵行区2007年糖尿病流行病学调查资料,建立神经网络模型进行分析。结果当以0.16作为判别阈值时,筛查的灵敏度为71.82%,特异度为63.60%。结论神经网络模型在糖尿病筛查中的应用具有较广的应用前景。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE to explore the use of neural network model in diabetes screening.METHODS We builded the neural network model based on the data of diabetes epidemiological investigation in Minhang district in 2007.RESULT The sensitivity was 71.82% and the specificity was 63.60% when the threshold was 0.16.CONCLUSION The neural network model has some application prospecton diabetes screening. |
