| 摘 要： | 目的了解凌云街道"阳光之家"学员对卫生保健知识的需求,并对他们进行相关卫生保健知识培训,以提高智障人士的卫生保健知识知晓率和健康行为合格率。方法采用整群随机抽样方法抽取凌云街道"阳光之家"学员40名,通过各种形式的健康教育提高他们对卫生保健知识知晓程度,采用问卷调查评价健康教育干预效果。结果 "阳光之家"学员文化程度偏低,干预前对卫生保健知识了解甚少,通过反复多次的健康教育后,学员卫生保健知识测试的不合格率由90.0%下降至0,优秀率由0上升至92.5%,经统计学处理,差异有极显著性(趋势χ2=89.97,P<0.001)。结论健康教育干预措施对提高"阳光之家"学员卫生保健知识知晓程度和卫生行为合格率具有十分重要的意义。
