| 摘 要： | 目的评价西宁市老年人高血压社区管理的效果。方法按照分层抽样的方法抽取老年高血压患者和非患者,纵向比较其健康状况和高血压防治知识。结果高血压患者规范管理率提高了30.2%,患者血压控制率增加了13.3%,健康知识知晓率等有所提高。结论西宁市的慢性病社区干预实施方案具有较好效果。这一效果与西宁市政府规范社区慢性病管理、保证慢性病管理的经费投入等因素密切相关。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluation the effectiveness of community management of hypertension in Xi＇ning City.METHODS With stratified random sampling to survey elderly hypertension patients and non-patients,and then to compare the health status and knowledge of how to prevent hypertension in different time.RESULT Standard hypertension management rate of patients increased 30.2%,blood pressure control rate raised 13.3%,health knowledge awareness increased too.CONCLUSION The effect of the chronic disease community intervention program is good.And the effect is closely related to the norms of community chronic disease management,and to ensure funds of chronic disease management in Xi＇ning City. |
