| 摘 要： | 目的:制定宫颈癌片中蛋白质的含量测定方法。方法:采用Lowry法测定含量,以660nm为测定波长测定吸收度。结果:宫颈癌片中水溶性蛋白质在0.048￣0.144mg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为97.70%(n=5),RSD=1.25%。结论:该方法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为宫颈癌片的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method for determination of the content of protein in gongjingai tablet.Methods:Lowry method was selected to determine the content of protein.The absorbency was measured at 660 nm.Results:The calibration curve was in good linearity of Protein within the range of 0.048(0.144 mg/ml (r=0.9997). The average recovery was 97.70%(n=5),and the RSD=1.25%.Conclusion:The method was proved to be simple, precise and reproducible. It can be used for the quantitative determination of gongjingai tablet. |
