阿托品加氯丙嗪治疗肺结核咯血33例疗效观察

目的　探讨阿托品加氯丙嗪治疗肺结核咯血的临床疗效。方法　将 6 4例肺结核咯血患者随机分为两组 ,均在有效的抗结核常规治疗下 ,治疗组应用阿托品加氯丙嗪治疗 33例 ,3～ 5日为一疗程 ;对照组用安络血加止血敏治疗 31例。结果　治疗组显效率为 6 9.7% ,总有效率为 96 .9% ;对照组显效率为35 .4 % ,总有效率为 6 1.2 % ,两组疗效比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　应用阿托品加氯丙嗪治疗肺结核咯血用药简便、价廉、安全、疗效高 ,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of atropine and wintermine in the treatment of hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate the effect of atropine plus wintermine in the treatment of hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 64 cases of hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups.Aside from effective antituberculosic medicine,33 patients in the treatment group were treated with atropine plus wintermine,for 3-5 days as a course,and 31 patients treated with adrenosine plus dicynone as controls.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 96.9% and 61.2%,respectively,and the effective rate of the two groups was 69.7% and 35.4%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Atropine plus wintermine is a simple,cheap,safe and highly effective way to treat hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
