颅脑损伤患者的GCS评分与急诊抢救时间的关系

目的:探讨颅脑损伤GCS评分与急诊抢救时间的关系,以提高颅脑损伤急诊救治效率和水平.方法:回顾性分析我科2009年1月-2010年12月收治的55例颅脑损伤患者的临床资料.结果:GCS评分≤4分组(A组)在急诊室所用的抢救时间最短58.0±14.2min,9-12分组(C组)最长71.4±17.3min,组间比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).各组的抢救处理项目中X线检查在各组中有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论:GCS评分对颅脑损伤患者的急诊抢救时间有一定指导意义,有必要优化颅脑损伤患者在急诊室的处理程序.

The Study of Relation between The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) and The Treatment Time of Patient with Craniocerebral Trauma in Emergency Room

Objective： To studying the relation between the glasgow coma scale （GCS） of patients with craniocerebral trauma and the treatment time in emergency room,improving the successful curing rate of craniocerebral trauma. Methods： The clinical data of 55 patients with craniocerebral trauma in emergency room from Jan 2009 to Dec 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The best treatment time of the group that GCS less than 4 pionts was 58.0±14.2min,the longest treatment time of the group that GCS from 9 to 12 pionts was 71.4±17.3 rain, the difference of groups was significant （P〈0.05）.The X-ray examination of the groups according to the treatment was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The GCS has significance to the treatment time of patient with craniocerebral trauma in emergency room. It is necessary to improve the treat procedure of patient with craniocerebral trauma in emergencv room.
