| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性毒鼠强中毒的特点和救治方法.方法:回顾性分析12例急性毒鼠强中毒患者的临床资料.结果:10例痊愈,2例死亡.结论:及时清除毒物、控制抽搐、机械通气、生命体征监测及早期防治并发症等综合治疗是提高急性毒鼠强中毒治愈率的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment measures of acute tetramine intoxication. Methods： The clinical data of 12 patients with acute tetramine intoxication were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Among the 12 cases, 10 cases were cured and 2 died. Conclusion： It is the key to improve the cure rate of acute tetramine intoxication that cleared poisons, control twitching and mechanical ventilation, vital signs monitoring and early complications comprehensive prevention and treatment are. |
