| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用立体定向锥脑血肿置软管术联合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效.方法:将63例高血压脑出血患者随机分为立体定向锥脑血肿置软管术治疗组(微创组)32例和内科保守治疗组(内科组)31例,比较两组疗效.结果:微创组的短期疗效和远期疗效都优于内科组.结论:立体定向锥脑血肿置软管术联合尿激酶治疗较内科治疗能更显著地改善高血压脑出血患者的预后. |

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the effect of stereotactic tube drainage minimally invasive surgery combined with m＇okinase treatment for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method： 63 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases treated by stereotactic tube drainage minimally invasive surgery combined with urokinase treatment as minimally invasive group and 31 cases treated by conservative treatment as internal medical treatment group. The efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results： The efficacy of both short-term and long-term effects was better in minimally invasive group than that in internal medical treatment group. Conclusion： Stereotactie tube drainage minimally invasive surgery combined with urokinase treatment will be more significant improvement than the internal medical treatment in the prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. |
