超临界CO2萃取和水蒸气蒸馏法萃取沙枣花挥发油工艺的比较研究

摘    要:目的比较水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2萃取技木从沙枣花中提取挥发油的得率,确定最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验,以挥发油得率为指标,比较超临界CO2萃取及水蒸气蒸馏两种方法的提取效果。结果水蒸气蒸馏法中药材蒸馏时间对提取挥发油的影响最大;而超临界CO2萃取的最佳条件为萃取压力20MPa,萃取温度40℃,CO2流量为10L/h。结论与水蒸气蒸馏法相比,超临界CO2萃取法具有耗时少、效率高和对提取后物料破坏较小等优点,适合于批量生产,便于制剂的后续提取工艺制备。
