猪胸腺素对小鼠及中老年人免疫功能的调节作用

摘    要:将BALB/c小鼠分为猪胸腺素(ST)组、猪胸腺素+维生素E(ST+VE)组、维生素E(VE)组和生理盐水(NS)组,研究发现ST、ST+VE两组脾细胞LCLPFC与血浆cGMP,胸腺重量及生存期均显著高于NS组,肿瘤发生率低于NS组。临床观察117例中老年人,ST组的Et,Ea,LCT,OT值与一般生理机能均显著提高,CIC,AA与感染性疾病减少,VE组除Et,LCT提高和CIC,AA减少外,余无明显改变。停ST12个月时,LCT值下降明显,消化系感染疾病增多,提示停药1年时应适当补充ST。

Abstract:The result of animal experiment with BALB/c mice(10 monthsage)showed that the spleen LCT and PFC,plasma cGMP,thymus weight andsurvival time of the groups treated with swine thymosin(ST)only and STcombined with VE were significantly higher and the rate of tumor incidencewere lower than that of saline control group,and there was no differencebetween YE group and saline control group.Clinical study showed that theEt,Ea,LCT OT value and general physical function of fifty nine middleagedand aged people treated with ST increased significantly,and the CIC,AAand the rate of infectious incidence decreased considerablly,but the parame-ters of the group treated with VE had no valuable change except the increaseof LCT and CIC and the decrease of AA,When the use of ST had beenstopped for 12 months,the value of LCT decreased considerablly and the rateof the infectious incidence of alimentary system increased.The phenomenonsuggests that appropriate amount ST should be supplied again after the useof ST stopped for 1 year.
