食管疾病的CT诊断（附30例分析）

３０例共３４次食管ＣＴ扫描，其中食管癌２３例，食管癌术后复发１例，食管静脉曲张和贲门失弛缓症各１例，钡餐疑食管外压性病变，经ＣＴ扫描，其中２例分别为右位主动脉和左主支气管压迫，另２例ＣＴ扫描无异常，经随访检查为正常。笔者分析了相应食管疾病的ＣＴ表现，重点讨论了食管癌的ＣＴ扫描方法及诊断，认为ＣＴ扫描是钡餐和胃镜检查的重要辅助方法，在良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别、判断有无转移及治疗方案的选择上有重要临床意义，并且可以随访观察疗效，指出食管癌管周脂肪间隙模糊或消失不宜作为能否手术切除的评价指标。

CT Diagnosis of Esophageal Diseases (Report of 30 cases)

Esophageal studies were performed with 34 times CT sases.in 30 cases.23 of them were esophageal carcinoma,one was recidivation of carcinoma after operation,one esophageal varices and one achalasia.Another 4 were suspected to be compressive lesions on esophagograms,2 of them were compressed by arota dextra and left primary bronchus respectively on CT,another 2 were normal shown by CT scans and second barium meals in follow-up examinations.The CT findings of esophageal diseases were analyed and the diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma was discussed.The authors suggested that CT scan was an auxillary method of traditional barium meal and endoscopy.CT scan has an important clinical value in differentiating benign from malignant tumors,and finding metastasis as well as choicing therapy method.It is indicated that the blurring or distortion of the fat planes between the esophagus and adjacent mediastinal structures cannot be taken as a criterion of resection.
