摘    要:目的 探索银杏叶中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法 银杏叶粉经乙醇提取处理后 ,在 470和 5 0 0nm波长处测定其吸收度 ,用系数倍率法测定其总黄酮的含量。结果 总黄酮含量为 1 .30 % ,芦丁回收率为 95 .7%。结论 该法能较好地消除共存组分的干扰 ,简便可靠。

Abstract:Objective In order to provide a method of determining the content of total flavonoids in the leaves of gingo. Method Total flavonoids in the leaves of gingo had been extracted and treated with ethanol were analyzed by signal multiplier spectrophotometry when the absorption values at wavelengths of 470 and 500nm were determined. Results The average content of total flavonoids was 1.30% and the average recovery for rutinum was 95.7%. Conclusion This method could eliminate the effects of coexisting compositions, and is convenient and reliable.
